Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients. For minced chicken cutlets with cottage cheese and apple, we will need: minced chicken, cottage cheese in briquettes (it is better to take one so that the cutlets turn out juicier), apple, dill, egg, garlic, vegetable oil for frying, ground black pepper and salt.
Step 2:
Wash the apple, peel and grate on a coarse grater.
Step 3:
Peel the garlic and pass it through the press.
Step 4:
Wash the dill, dry it and chop it very finely.
Step 5:
Mash the cottage cheese thoroughly with a fork until smooth. Add cottage cheese, grated apple, garlic, dill, egg, ground black pepper and salt to the minced chicken.
Step 6:
Knead the mass thoroughly until smooth. If the minced meat is too thin, you can add 2-4 tablespoons of semolina to it and leave to swell for 20 minutes.
Step 7:
Form medium-sized cutlets from minced meat and roll them in breadcrumbs.
Step 8:
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the cutlet on one side until golden brown.
Step 9:
Flip the cutlets to the other side and fry under the lid until golden brown.
If you use loose cottage cheese, then try to take it not very dry and not very lumpy, otherwise lumps will be felt in the cutlets.
