Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients. If your chicken fillet is chilled, it remains only to rinse it and cut it into portions. The pieces should be no more than 1 centimeter thick so that the chops are thin and well fried. Chops from frozen meat will not turn out as tasty as from chilled, but if only such a chicken is at hand, then you can make it from such meat. You just need to defrost it and soak it well.
Step 2:
Prepare batter for chops. We drive a chicken egg into a bowl, if you use more meat for chops, then accordingly. The number of eggs needs to be increased. Add salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Step 3:
Beat the egg thoroughly with a fork until smooth.
Step 4:
Add flour. Its amount can be increased or decreased depending on the consistency of the resulting mixture. The batter should turn out like thick sour cream.
Step 5:
Pieces of chicken fillet need to be beaten off with a meat hammer on both sides. If there is no such hammer, it can be done with the blunt end of a knife. Chicken meat is very tender and strong beating is not required. Lubricate the pieces of meat with a small amount of salt and ground black pepper on both sides. Dip each piece of meat into the batter.
Step 6:
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. We put the meat in the pan.
Step 7:
Fry the chops until browned on both sides. For a few minutes, the frying pan during frying chops should be covered with a lid so that the meat is well fried inside. We serve the chops to the table with a side dish, vegetables, mayonnaise or sauce if desired. They are delicious both hot and cold. Bon appetit!
