Cooking method
1. Pour the water into a glass, heat it in the microwave. It is important that the water is warm, not hot. Its temperature should not exceed 40 degrees.
2. Pour the dry yeast into a bowl, fill with warm water. Leave in a warm place away from drafts, for about 7-10 minutes. During this time, the yeast should foam.
3. Pour the milk into a saucepan, send it to the fire. Preheat to the same 40 degrees.
4. In the bowl of the mixer, break the egg, pour sugar and add butter. The oil should be softened, but not liquid. To do this, you just need to get it out of the refrigerator in advance and keep it at room temperature for half an hour.
4. Beat the ingredients until smooth, then pour the yeast mixture into the resulting mass.
5. We change the beaters in the mixer to dough hooks. Pour half a portion of flour into the resulting mixture. It is important to pre-sift the flour, you can even double.
6. Knead the dough with a mixer for two minutes. You can knead with your hands, but it will take more time.
7. Now pour warm milk into the dough, pour the remaining flour, continue to knead until smooth. The dough is still sticky, but very soft. Knead with a mixer for seven minutes, and with your hands for 15 minutes.
8. Dust the work surface with flour, spread the dough on it. Carefully assemble it into a ball and send it to a bowl. Cover with cling film, leave to approach for an hour. It should be left in a warm place, away from drafts.
9. After the specified time, divide the dough into three parts. The work surface is lightly powdered with flour, roll out the dough into a layer about 5 millimeters thick. It is not recommended to pour too much flour, it will only spoil the dough.
10. We cut out donuts using special rings. You can use a glass if there are no specialized devices.
11. Pour vegetable oil into a saucepan, it is advisable to take a small diameter vessel. We send it to the fire. To find out that the butter is ready for frying, you just need to throw a small piece of dough into it. When the oil around the dough immediately begins to sizzle and foam, it's ready.
12. When the oil warms up, we put a couple of donuts in it, fry without leaving the stove. Donuts are fried very quickly, so after a minute we turn them over to the other side.
13. We put the finished donuts on paper towels, let the excess oil go away. Well, then you can start decorating. The simplest solution is to sprinkle with powdered sugar. A more festive and beautiful option is icing. In any case, it turns out deliciously delicious!
