First you need to knead the dough from these products. That is, mix flour with mineral water, beat in one egg, put sugar and salt. Knead the dough well and put it "fit" for about half an hour.
We separate one-eighth of the cheese (50 grams) and cut it into thin plates. The rest is rubbed on a coarse grater. Why do this, I personally did not quite understand, even when I checked this recipe in action. Is it possible that the cheese plate smoothly distributes it throughout the inside of the cheburek?
Divide the dough into balls and roll out each with a diameter of a plate.
We put a plate of cheese on the half of the circle, and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Cover with the second half and pinch, like ordinary chebureks.
Now we fry chebureks with cheese – also in the usual way – in vegetable oil on both sides.
Serve to the table hot.
