Please – the culinary recipe of a great dish is a Chinese sweet sauce that goes well with any meat dishes. In such a recipe, it is still good to add finely chopped pieces of canned pineapple. It turns out even tastier and even richer.
Finely chop the onion, ginger root and garlic. And then fry it all quickly in a heated frying pan in vegetable oil for two minutes. Mix ketchup, brown sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, sherry and juice separately. Add to the pan, stir and let boil.
Separately mix the starch with cold water and also add to the general sauce, stirring.
Let the mass boil again and then boil-fry it to a state that you like more. That is, such a Chinese sweet sauce can be made either liquid or thick.
