Step-by-step cooking
I start by cooking minced meat from bread crumb soaked in water or milk, beef and pork, which I scroll through in a meat grinder twice. I turn to boiling rice, after which I thoroughly mix the rice and minced meat. Then I fry giant special special meatballs in a frying pan. The food will be ready after I simmer it in tomato paste diluted in two glasses of hot water. I check the readiness very simply: I break one meatball and taste it, if it's not raw, you can sit down to lunch. Although they say that hot is never raw, but I prefer well-fried meatballs.
