Step 1:
For the salad you will need oat flakes, raisins, lemon, ham, banana, liquid cream, butter.
Step 2:
First rinse the pitted raisins, pour boiling water over them and pour water to swell and infuse.
Step 3:
Put butter in a frying pan, and oat flakes on it, which fry for five minutes, stirring well. Then transfer to a plate and let cool.
Step 4:
Finely chop the ham, preferably in thin strips, then it will set off the taste of bananas well.
Step 5:
Cut bananas into circles half a centimeter thick.
Step 6:
Mix the ham with the bananas so that the banana circles retain their integrity.
Step 7:
Add toasted oat flakes and mix gently again.
Step 8:
Add the raisins and mix.
Step 9:
Now pour the cream into a separate bowl, add the zest and lemon juice.
Step 10:
Beat with a blender until light foam.
Step 11:
Pour the salad with freshly prepared salad dressing. Cover with a towel and leave to stand for 20 minutes.
Step 12:
The salad is ready. If desired, the salad can be decorated with herbs. Enjoy your meal.
