Cooking method
Finely chop the chicken and fry in vegetable oil until half cooked. Mushrooms finely chop and fry, you can together with onions. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Cut the pita bread sheet into 2 parts. We put chicken, mushrooms, cheese on one lavash, you can optionally also add sauces – dill, cheese or garlic and wrap the lavash in a roll. Place the wrapped rolls in a baking dish, grease the top with mayonnaise or egg and send it to a preheated 180 degree oven until the top crust browns, about 20-25 minutes. You can eat such rolls with a plate of soup or as an independent dish. Bon appetit!
