Cooking method
1. For breadcrumbs, cut the loaf into small cubes. Put it in the oven. We use 200 grams of loaf for breadcrumbs.
2. For minced meat, soak the remaining 200 grams of loaf in milk (you can use cream), pre-cutting the crusts.
3. Scroll through the meat grinder fillet with loaf, through a fine grate, add salt and pepper.
4. Form balls of minced meat, put a piece of butter in the center, for juiciness.
5. We roll the cutlets in breadcrumbs.
6. Fry in a frying pan on one side for 5-10 minutes.
7. Turn the cutlets over and put them in the preheated oven for 15 minutes until ready.
