The recipe won me over by the fact that it is prepared without adding oil, without much effort, and the oven retains all the benefits of chicken. The chicken turns out to be incredibly tender, but due to the fact that it is cooked in the oven, it retains its shape and ruddy crust, so it is not a shame to serve it on the festive table. A side dish for such a chicken is absolutely suitable for anyone - pasta, cereals, potatoes, etc.

    Mix well. In principle, in this form, the chicken can be cooked the day before and left overnight in the refrigerator, so it will be marinated and soaked with spices. But to be honest I didn't do it and baked it right away
