Step 1:
Prepare all the products. Chop the duck into small pieces in advance. Peel the vegetables.
Step 2:
Rinse the meat well with water and dry it.
Step 3:
Fry the duck in oil in a saucepan until golden brown.
Step 4:
Pour water and put on a slow fire. After boiling, simmer for 15 minutes.
Step 5:
Garlic and onion cut into medium pieces.
Step 6:
Cut carrots into small cubes.
Step 7:
Add vegetables to the pan, stir.
Step 8:
Pour dried basil greens and spices, add salt to taste. The duck is stewed in pieces for about 1.5 hours.
