Azerbaijani dolma made from fresh grape leaves

Cooking method

Cooking time: 3 h 30 min
Make minced meat. Add rice (raw), coriander greens, dried herbs, salt, pepper to it. Mix everything well.
  Wash the grape leaves and soak in warm water for about 30 minutes to drain excess salt. Wrap the minced meat in grape leaves (like cabbage rolls), wrap it more tightly.
 Carefully put the dolma in a saucepan closer to each other, pour water so that our dolma is covered. I cover the pan not with a lid, but with a plate, so the liquid does not escape. Put the pan on the fire, bring to a boil, reduce the heat to maximum and cook for about 3 hours so that the leaves become soft.
The cooking time depends on the leaves, if they are young, then you can shorten the time from 1.5-2 hours.
Dolma is served with kefir sauce with garlic.
