Step 3:
Wash the chicken and cut off the extra part of the bone. We won't need it.
Step 4:
I cut onions into quarter-rings.

Tomatoes need to be peeled, for this I make shallow cross cuts with a sharp knife and put them in a saucepan with boiling water for 30-40 seconds. I take it out, peel it and finely cut it into cubes.
Step 6:
Finely chop garlic and cilantro.
Step 7:
The chicken must be fried until golden brown in a dry frying pan without a lid.

In the melted butter, I shift the onion and fry until soft, it takes me 2 minutes. Add tomatoes to the onion, mix and leave to simmer under the lid for 3-5 minutes.Add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste and simmer for another 2 minutes.
Step 9:
I lay the chicken fried on all sides and stew under the lid on medium heat for 20 minutes.
Step 10:
I put garlic, pepper, salt, hops-suneli to our mixture and mix. Simmer for another 25-30 minutes on low heat, look at the amount of evaporated liquid.
Step 11:
Add half of the fresh cilantro, mix. Chakhokhbili is ready! When serving, sprinkle with the remaining herbs. Bon appetit!
