Wash all vegetables, peel and randomly chop. Tomatoes and pepper cubes, onion half rings, carrots grate on a coarse grater.

Add salt and sugar, mix and leave to stew for 20-30 minutes, depends on the readiness of the rice. My rice was ready in 20 minutes, and you try it yourself. At the end of cooking, add vinegar and mix.
Step 9:
Lay out the salad in pre-sterilized jars and roll up with boiled lids.
Step 10:
Turn the jars upside down and leave to cool completely.
