Cooking method
1. Cut pork into small pieces. Add salt, pepper and fry in vegetable oil.
2. Add water (about 300 ml) and simmer the meat over low heat until fully cooked.
3. Cut the onion into half rings and fry in another frying pan.
4. Add flour to the onion and keep on fire for a couple of minutes.
5. Add this mixture to the finished meat, mix well and keep on low heat.
6. Preparing the sauce: combine tomato paste with water (50ml) (or pre-dried tomatoes, in this case you do not need to add water) and add sour cream. Mix well.
7. Add the resulting sauce to the meat.
8. Stir again and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes. Serve with potatoes or spaghetti.
9. Use parsley or dill as a decoration. Pork goulash with sour cream and tomato is a wonderful dish for every day!
Bon appetit!
