Step 1:
Cut the chicken fillet, and send it to the slow cooker on the "frying" mode, without adding oil, then add the onion as soon as the water evaporates, add oil, and switch to the "quenching" mode. Simmer for 5-10 minutes .
Step 2:
Make sour cream dressing. Add water and Provencal herbs to the sour cream, as well as dill (I have frozen). Add the dressing to the chicken and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Step 3:
Boil the pasta, drain the water and add to the chicken and sour cream, put out for 5 minutes. Done!
