Pasta with chicken in sweet pumpkin sauce. The dish is original in taste, it is absolutely not difficult to prepare. I had ordinary pasta, and you can take bows, shells - then it will be even more beautiful. A good dish for a hearty lunch.

    Boil the pasta in the remaining broth. If it is not enough, add water. Cook until almost ready. It is important not to digest, so that they keep their shape well. Do not pour out the water from under the pasta, it may be needed.

    Mix pasta, chicken and mashed potatoes. If the puree is too thick and it is difficult to stir - add water from under the pasta, I needed about 150 ml.

This is a simplified recipe from Jamie Oliver. In the original, tagliatelli was cooked, butter and olive oil were used for frying onions and garlic, and pork ham was used as a meat component.
