Cooking method
Green tomatoes are washed and cut into not thick half rings, removing the stalk.
Pepper is also washed, cleaned of seeds and cut into half rings.
Peel the onion, cut into half rings.
Carrots are washed, cleaned and grated on a coarse grater.
Mix everything in a suitable saucepan.
Rub the red tomatoes on a coarse grater or scroll in a meat grinder and add to the chopped vegetables.
Mix everything well and put it on low heat under the lid until boiling. After boiling, add salt and pepper to taste and simmer for another hour.
15 minutes before completion, add vegetable oil, mix.
We distribute the hot salad into clean jars, roll it up. We leave it under the blanket until it cools down. Cooled cans of salad can be stored.
