Cooking method
Put the washed hearts in a frying pan with a little water. Bring to a boil, simmer over low heat. After about 25 minutes (the hearts should be almost ready), we spread the chopped onion, pepper straws and tomato paste. There is sourness in the tomato paste and then the onion will not be nasty - boiled. Add salt and pepper to taste. After 5-7 minutes, spread the spinach, butter and garlic. Simmer for another 7 minutes and you can serve. On the side dish - fresh pepper, sprinkled with dry spices.
