Goulash with mushrooms, fennel, beans

Step-by-step cooking
Heat vegetable oil (2 tbsp.l.) in a large frying pan and fry onion in it, sliced. Medium heat, fry for 5 minutes until soft.
Cut the fennel bulbs very thinly. Transfer to a frying pan, add paprika. Add half mushrooms, ketchup, tomatoes, vegetable broth, beans.
Bring everything to a boil. Keep it for half an hour. To garnish, use rice.
