Step-by-step cooking
If you decide to pamper your lover with something very tasty, I recommend a wonderful recipe for honey stew. Everyone knows that the way to a man's heart lies through the stomach, but if you treat your faithful with a meat dish, the effect will be double. A real man will not look at vegetables, no matter how useful they may be. Serve him meat and you won't make a mistake.
And now our delicious food: cut onion into half rings and fry it in a small amount of vegetable oil. When the onion changes color slightly, add the diced beef. We continue to fry for ten minutes. The liquid from the meat will have time to evaporate, and it will be covered with an appetizing crust. It's time to add chopped bell pepper. Fry with pepper for another five minutes, stirring constantly. Season with honey, fry again for 5 minutes, stirring. Now pour in the sour milk so that it completely covers the meat. Put the pan in the oven and simmer until fully cooked. Full readiness is determined by the presence of milk in the dish – it should boil off entirely.
The result is a gorgeous dish – the tenderest meat that literally melts in your mouth. Serve it with any light side dish (you can green peas) and semi–dry wine, decorate everything with lighted candles and - a romantic evening can be considered to have taken place.
