Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make bacon with cheese? Prepare the products. I take the bacon fresh raw. If you use frozen, then it should be thawed, but not completely, so that the strips are divided among themselves. I use Cheese in cooking, but I think it can be replaced with cottage cheese. I take Parmesan cheese, you can take any hard one. To fasten the cheese mass, I will use melted cheese. Prepare a baking dish and turn on the oven to warm up to 200C.
Step 2:
Remove the cheese from the package and drain the liquid, if any. In a bowl, crumble the cheese with your hands or fork or grate, add finely chopped dill (pre-washed and dried) and garlic passed through the press (pre-peeled).
Step 3:
Remove the Parmesan from the package and grate on a coarse grater. Add the grated cheese to the cheese bowl.
Step 4:
Add the melted cheese to the same place and mix. The mass should be dense, able to retain its shape.
Step 5:
Place a slice of bacon on a plate. Take the cheese mass with your hands (about a tablespoon each), form oval cutlets from it and wrap it in bacon. It is better to wrap it not very tightly and so that the bacon is distributed throughout the cheese mass, and it looks as little as possible at its limits.
Step 6:
Cover the oven dish with baking paper or grease with vegetable oil. Put the cheese rolls in it. Put the mold in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes approximately. You can use the top convention or grill mode. Focus on the features of your oven! If desired, you can sprinkle grated cheese on the rolls themselves.
Step 7:
Serve rolls with bacon and cheese hot. They keep their shape well, but the filling may leak out of them. Put the rolls themselves on the dish together with the filling, if it has leaked out, and the juice.
Cheese rolls in bacon turned out really very fragrant due to garlic and dill. Thanks to bacon and cheese, they are juicy, moderately salty. The rolls themselves look presentable. But it is necessary to serve such a snack hot: cooling down, it becomes dry, and the appearance fades. In addition, it seems to me, such rolls of bacon and cheese are for an amateur.
Using the same cooking algorithm, such rolls can be cooked in a frying pan.
Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe. To make any baked dish successful, use useful information about the features of ovens !
