Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the necessary ingredients. How to choose the right chicken wings? It is better to buy wings in a chilled form, since the frozen product is inferior to the chilled one in taste. There should be no bruising and damage on the surface. The color is light pink. Press your finger on the pulp, if the dent does not straighten quickly, then the product is stale. A sticky and slippery surface, as well as an unpleasant, sour smell is also a sign of corruption.
Step 2:
Wash the wings well, dry them with paper towels from excess moisture. Place them in a special baking sleeve.
Step 3:
Add chicken seasoning and pour 2-3 tbsp soy sauce. If necessary, add a little salt. Instead of ready-made spices for chicken, you can choose a set of suitable seasonings to your taste. When adding soy sauce to a dish, it is worth remembering that it is quite salty. Reduce the total amount of salt, otherwise you risk over-salting.
Step 4:
Tie the package and close it with clips that are usually attached to the baking sleeve. Mix the contents of the package thoroughly so that the mixture with the sauce evenly covers the wings in the sleeve. Leave the package for 20 minutes. Then transfer the sleeve with wings to a heat-resistant mold or baking sheet, in case the package leaks, and put it in a preheated 180 degree oven (10-20 minutes before cooking).
Step 5:
After about 40 minutes, take out the form and try the chicken for readiness, cutting the sleeve from above. If a transparent liquid comes out when piercing the wing with a knife, then the dish is ready. You can cut the package 10-15 minutes before the end of baking, then return the wings to the oven so that they are well browned.
If you use ready-made spice mixes, be sure to read the composition on the package. Often, salt is already present in such mixtures, take this into account, otherwise you risk over-salting the dish.
Since the degree of salinity, sweetness, bitterness, sharpness, acid, burning is individual for everyone, always add spices, spices and seasonings, focusing on your taste! If you put some of the seasonings for the first time, then keep in mind that there are spices that it is especially important not to shift (for example, chili pepper).
Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe. To make any baked dish successful, use useful information about the features of ovens !
