This pie always helps out if you want sweet and fast. Condensed milk pie is a great lifesaver for me! To be honest, I can hardly imagine life without sweets, and therefore condensed milk is always in my arsenal, not to mention elementary ingredients like flour and eggs.

Of course, you should not abuse sweet pastries, because teeth deteriorate from refined sugar, and weight can change. But if a little at a time, then you can, and it's good for the mood. It is worth adding fruits to the tea party, so vitamins are supplemented, in addition to carbohydrates.

For a successful and airy baking, I used a regular immersion blender for whipping eggs with sugar. But this does not matter at all, you can beat eggs with a simple fork or whisk. The main thing is that a plentiful foam from large bubbles is formed in the process.

Step-by-step preparation:

1. In a deep bowl, beat the eggs together with the sugar until it dissolves.
2. Add boiled condensed milk and butter. As you know, vegetable oil is a good solvent, and therefore dense condensed milk quickly combines into a homogeneous mass with other ingredients.
3. Put the flour on a sieve, add baking powder there and mix lightly with a spoon. Now we sift small parts into the mixture and mix each time until the flour lumps are completely broken.
4. Flour can take different amounts, I indicated approximately, but you need to focus more on liquid dough than on dense. It should look like thick sour cream, it doesn't seem to be thick, but it's not liquid anymore.
5. It should be noted that due to the liquid and frothiness, the dough rises quickly and high. And for this you need to fill the forms in half. And one more important point: if you put different shapes, large and small, then you need to take into account time. For cupcakes, for example, 10-15 minutes is enough, and for medium-sized forms, 25 minutes, you need to look, because the cake can quickly turn black because of condensed milk.
6. The cake molds are placed in a preheated oven and baked at 180 degrees.
7. Regardless of the baking forms, whether silicone, metal, etc., I advise in any case to lubricate them with vegetable oil, or additionally sprinkle with flour, because there is a chance of sticking to the mold and the difficulty of easily extracting the cake.
8. When completely cooled, it remains only to powder with sugar, or decorate with nuts, and a simple, but no worse than others, the pie is ready for tea.

This time I brewed green jasmine tea and will cheer myself up with condensed milk pie in the oven.
