Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Necessary ingredients
Step 2:
Minced meat for this recipe I have homemade pork and beef, but any one will do - the one you like best
Step 3:
Finely chop the onion
Step 4:
Chop the garlic with the flat side of the knife and cut
Step 5:
Add chopped onion and garlic to the minced meat, salt, pepper
Step 6:
Add dried basil or any other spices to taste
Step 7:
Add Bulgarian pepper - it will give our dish a certain piquancy. It's spring now and I have a homemade frozen pepper
Step 8:
Mix and leave the minced meat to soak a little onion, garlic, pepper and spices
Step 9:
We choose large potatoes for this recipe. We cut it in half and cut out the middle with a knife, we don't need much - we leave about 1 cm on the walls. I have young potatoes with a thin skin, so I cook right with it - in my opinion it's even tastier, only of course it needs to be thoroughly washed first. Older potatoes are better to peel
Step 10:
We fill our boats with stuffing from minced meat
Step 11:
Lubricate the top of the boats with sour cream and send them to float freely in the oven for 1 hour. The top can be additionally covered with foil (I did not cover)
Step 12:
Three little cheese
Step 13:
Take the potato boats out of the oven and sprinkle with grated cheese. Return to the oven for another 10 minutes
Step 14:
Potato boats in the oven with minced meat are ready! Calling everyone to the table!
Step 15:
Bon appetit!
