Step 1:
How to make zucchini pie? Prepare the specified ingredients. Puff pastry I take ready-made yeast-free, you can cook the dough at home yourself. If the dough is frozen, then it should be thawed beforehand. Take young zucchini to preserve the skin when slicing. Green onions in its absence can be replaced with onions, but you need to fry it until soft. I took eggs from C1. You can refuse sesame and poppy seeds.
Step 2:
Wash and dry the zucchini. Without removing the skins, cut into thin circles. This can be done with a knife, grater or combine. I used a grater. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
Step 3:
Wash green onions, shake off excess moisture and cut. Peel the garlic and finely chop it. Fry the chopped onion and garlic in a frying pan in a small amount of oil until the aroma appears.
Step 4:
Add the sliced zucchini to the onion and garlic in the pan, add salt and fry over high heat for a few minutes, stirring constantly. As soon as the zucchini becomes translucent, remove the pan from the heat.
Step 5:
Grate the selected cheese (I took Gouda) on a medium grater. Break the eggs into a separate bowl, add salt and mix.
Step 6:
In a deep bowl, mix the fried zucchini, grated cheese and eggs. Mix the ingredients together thoroughly.
Step 7:
Take a baking dish and cover it with parchment. Place the puff pastry in a baking dish (roll it out if necessary) so that its edges hang slightly from the mold. Prick the dough along the bottom with a fork.
Step 8:
Put the prepared filling into the mold on the dough and cover with the remaining edges in overlap, without covering the entire filling.
Step 9:
Grease the top of the pie with beaten egg or water, sprinkle with poppy seeds and sesame seeds. Put the pie to bake in a preheated oven for 35 - 40 minutes.
Step 10:
Remove the finished pie from the oven and let it cool. Serve it as an independent dish or snack pie with drinks.

In order for the oven to have time to heat up to the desired temperature, turn it on in advance (10-20 minutes before the start of cooking).
