Step 1:
Marinade. To prepare the marinade for the shins, we will need: 60 ml of vegetable oil; 1 tbsp. l. balsamic vinegar; 2 tbsp. l. soy sauce; 1 tbsp. l. granular mustard; 1 tsp. dry garlic and ½ tsp. ground black pepper.
Step 2:
In a bowl, combine vegetable oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, mustard, dry garlic and black pepper. Mix it up.
Step 3:
Wash and dry the chicken legs.
Step 4:
Tie the baking sleeve on one side with a thread or tighten with a special clip.
Step 5:
Put chicken legs in a bag.
Step 6:
Pour marinade over them.
Step 7:
Tie the sleeve on the other side. Shake the sleeve well so that the legs are evenly covered with marinade. Leave the legs to marinate for at least 1 hour.
Step 8:
Put the sleeve with the legs on a baking sheet and put it in a preheated 180 ° C oven for 30 minutes. In the process, the package can be removed 2-3 times and the meat can be shaken so that the sauce is distributed more evenly.
Step 9:
Then cut the package from the top. Return the legs to the oven for another 15 minutes until a golden crust appears on the meat.
Step 10:

If you bake soft vegetables together with chicken — tomatoes, eggplants or zucchini, they will give additional juice and will acquire a watery taste themselves. For dry, low-fat chicken, such an "additive" is highly desirable, as this will allow the meat to become juicier.
Marinade is of great importance, because the better it is, the tastier the meat turns out. The shins do not need to be marinated for too long, the chicken quickly absorbs various flavors.
If it is possible to use fresh rosemary or thyme, it must be done. Then the meat will be especially fragrant. Also, for a special flavor, you can use dried chili flakes or liquid smoke, quite a bit.
Chicken is very popular, as it is cooked quickly, has sufficient satiety and absorbs aromas and tastes well. Bake the shins is also not difficult, especially since it can be done immediately with a side dish.
