Step 1:
Products necessary for cooking Lamb with minced meat. The bagels should be unsweetened.
Step 2:

Step 6:
Grease the baking dish with oil, pour out the remaining carrots. lay out the soaked bagels and fill each with cooked minced meat.
Step 7:
Pour the remaining milk into the bowl. I advise you to add half a glass of broth, the bagels will become juicier from this.
Step 8:
Cover the top with foil and put in a preheated 200 degree oven for 60 minutes. I also add a few slices of potatoes.
Step 9:
Before removing the finished dish from the oven, remove the foil and hold it under the grill for 5-7 minutes.
Step 10:
Spread out on plates and dinner is ready.
