Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients for the puff pastry roll with minced meat. Let's start with making puff pastry at home in a quick way. Remove the butter from the refrigerator, it should soften. Pour a glass of warm water into a bowl (about 30 degrees). Add sugar, salt, beat in a chicken egg and stir until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Pour in the vinegar and mix well again.
Step 2:
Add the sifted wheat flour to the bowl with the mixture. Pour it in parts, mixing the dough well each time. Flour may need more or less than the amount specified in the ingredients.
Step 3:
The dough should be smooth and elastic in consistency.
Step 4:
Divide the dough into four parts, each of them is rolled into a rectangular layer with a thickness of no more than 0.5 centimeters. Butter is also divided into 4 parts.
Step 5:
Spread a piece of butter on each layer.
Step 6:
Fold the dough into an envelope, roll it out again with a rolling pin and fold it into an envelope again. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
Step 7:
Meanwhile, you can prepare the filling. It is better to use meat mixed from pork and beef to make the filling juicy and tasty. You can use ready-made minced meat or wind it yourself in a meat grinder from fresh quality meat.
Step 8:
In a bowl with minced meat, add finely chopped onion, salt and ground black pepper to taste, mix thoroughly. Pour vegetable oil into the pan. We heat it up, fry the cooked minced meat in oil. Fry the minced meat on medium heat for about 10 minutes.
Step 9:
Roll out the dough into a rectangular layer. We lay out the stuffing of minced meat on it.
Step 10:
Roll the dough into a roll.
Step 11:
Put the roll in a greased baking dish. Grease the roll with beaten chicken egg on top and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake the roll in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 30 minutes. To the point of ruddiness.
