Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
In this culinary dish, the fish must be cleaned of scales and the dorsal fin removed. The easiest way to do this is by cutting the fish on both sides parallel to the fin and pulling it out in the direction from the tail. Remove the insides. Separate the head, tail and abdomen, this time they will not be needed. It is advisable to remove all the bones, because they cause trouble.
Step 2:
Cut the remaining fish carcass into portions. Dilute the vinegar in a glass of water and pour it over the pieces of fish. Thanks to this, the tinny smell will disappear. Hold in vinegar for 1-2 minutes.
Step 3:
The fish is prepared.
Step 4:
Wash potatoes, carrots and onions. Peel and slice them as you like, but not too finely.
Step 5:
Place the salted and peppered pieces of fish in a baking dish and cover them with vegetables. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top.
Step 6:
In a separate bowl, prepare a mixture of mayonnaise and sour cream, lemon juice and herbs.
Step 7:
Cover the fish and vegetables with this sauce.
