Step 1:
How to make a charlotte with cabbage in the oven? Prepare the products. First of all for the filling. Any cabbage will do — young, very soft and green, and winter varieties, firm and juicy. Step 2:
How to make the filling? Finely chop the cabbage with a knife, put it in a bowl, add a pinch of salt and rub it with your hands. Thus, it will become much softer and juicier. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat it over medium heat. Lay out the cabbage and fry it for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally with a spatula. Then turn off the fire. If desired, cabbage can be fried with onions or carrots, you will get a new and interesting taste.
Step 3:

Pour the dough into a baking dish and send it to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 30 minutes. You need to focus on the work of your oven and the size of the mold. The pie should be well browned on top. Remove the charlotte from the oven, allow to cool slightly and serve. Bon appetit!
