Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients. Cauliflower can be taken for this dish of any color: white, yellow or green, depending on the variety, the availability of vegetables or taste preferences. In the season of picking vegetables from your site, this dish will turn out to be especially tasty and healthy.
Step 2:
Separate the cauliflower with inflorescences, rinse them under running water, let the water drain. Cabbage inflorescences are put in a saucepan with water. Bring the water to a boil, lightly salt it. Cook cauliflower for about 5 minutes.
Step 3:
We take the cabbage out of the water with a slotted spoon, let the water drain completely from the cabbage, throw it into a colander. We spread the cabbage with the first layer in a greased form with butter.
Step 4:
If we use minced meat to prepare a ready-made dish, then add salt to it, ground black pepper to taste, mix. You can add finely chopped onions, it will mask the specific taste of meat. We spread the minced meat in a thin layer on top of the cabbage over the entire surface. Minced meat should be less than cabbage. For flavor, you can add a finely chopped garlic clove.
Step 5:
In a bowl, beat the chicken egg with a pinch of salt. Pour the egg mixture into the dish.
Step 6:
Chop the butter into small pieces with a knife and put it in another bowl. Grind the cooled butter with flour into crumbs. If a little salt was added to the other ingredients of the dish, then a pinch of salt can be added to the streusel. It is better to make a crumb of dough with your hands. Sprinkle the streusel dish on top. The oven is heated to 180 degrees. Bake cauliflower with minced meat for about 30 minutes, but you need to focus on the work of your oven.
Step 7:
We take out the dish when a ruddy crust appears on top. We serve cauliflower with minced meat to the table, sprinkled with fresh dill or parsley. Bon appetit!
