First you need to wash the chicken drumsticks and dry them with a paper towel.
To reduce the calorie content of the dish, you can remove the skin from the legs, but I love chicken with a crisp, ruddy crust.
While we put the shins aside to rest.
The bulb must be filled with water in order to make the peeling process easier.
Meanwhile, let's do the spicy marinade.
Garlic must be passed through a press or grated on a fine grater.
Next, mix vegetable oil, garlic, paprika (I like to add smoked paprika here, it seems to me that it gives the dish a special charm), ground coriander, ground black pepper and salt.
Now you need to thoroughly rub the fragrant mixture of chicken drumsticks from all sides. We send the legs to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes. The longer the pickling time, the tastier it will turn out!
It's time to do vegetables.
Potatoes are washed, peeled. Cut into half rings about half a centimeter wide.
The onion has lain in the water, and now it is not difficult to peel it from the husk. We do it. And cut it into segments. Not very finely, so that the onion does not burn in the oven.
Washed cherry tomatoes can be cut in half lengthwise, or you can bake them whole. I'll do that.
Turn on the oven at 200 degrees.
Now it is necessary to distribute the chicken drumsticks and vegetables for baking. In the process of cooking, chicken and vegetables will give juice. So for those who do not like to wash dishes once again, disposable baking sheets come to the rescue!
We put a layer of potatoes on the bottom of the baking sheet (do not forget to add salt to taste), then onions, then chicken legs and add cherry tomatoes on top.
This arrangement of products will allow chicken and tomatoes to soak potatoes and onions with their juice. And it will turn out delicious!
Meanwhile, the oven has already managed to warm up. We send our dish to bake for 30 minutes until an appetizing golden crust forms.
I guarantee that all this time the most appetizing aromas of chicken, paprika, coriander and vegetables will be coming from the kitchen!
I propose to serve this dish with fresh vegetables, having previously decorated with green onions and parsley.
