Step 1:
In order to cook the fish according to the recipe "Fish delicacy in the oven from pink salmon" take the following products: fish, onions, carrots, tomatoes, hard melted cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, flour, salt and spices if necessary (if you like).
Step 2:
Cut the pink salmon into fillets on the skin, I have fresh fish that is slightly frozen, but in this dish it behaved remarkably - it turned out juicy and appetizing. Step 3:
Peel the onions and carrots - the more of them there are, the tastier the fish will turn out, and, besides, you will not have to make an additional side dish. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, and cut the onion into small cubes. Lightly fry the vegetables in a frying pan with vegetable oil, and then put out until half cooked.
Step 4:
Prepare the sauce by mixing sour cream and mayonnaise in equal parts, to thicken the sauce, add a little flour, salt, pepper and mix until smooth, if the sour cream is too thick, then pour in a couple of tablespoons of water.
Step 5:
Put the prepared vegetables in a baking dish.
Step 6:
Put the fish fillet on the onion and carrot, cut into portions.
Step 7:
Salt and pepper the fish to taste.
Step 8:
Pour the cooked sauce over the fish and vegetables.
Step 9:
Thinly slice the tomato and place the circles on top of the fish.
Step 10:
Generously cover the fish with grated cheese on a coarse grater. Place in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, bake for 20-25 minutes, depending on your oven.
