Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make a blueberry pie with sour cream filling? To begin with, prepare the dough.
Step 2:
Pour flour, powdered sugar and a pinch of salt into the bowl of the combine. Add the cold butter cut into pieces.
Step 3:
Grind everything into crumbs.
Step 4:
Add the egg yolk to the butter crumbs, mix. If the crumb is too dry, add 1 tablespoon of cold water and mix again (I did not add water).
Step 5:
Collect the butter crumbs into a lump (you do not need to knead the dough! just assemble it into a single whole, do everything quickly so that the oil does not start to melt). Since it's hot outside now, we send the dough to the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Step 6:
After 10 minutes, roll out the dough into a layer about 3 mm thick and put it in a mold, prick the dough with a fork and send it back to the refrigerator for 25-30 minutes.
Step 7:
We take the cooled dough from the refrigerator, put a sheet of baking paper or foil on top, pour the load (beans, peas) and send it to the oven preheated to 180 C for 15 minutes, after 15 minutes we remove the paper with the load and bake the basket for another 10 minutes.
Step 8:
Ingredients for the filling.
