Step-by-step cooking
Recently my husband was on a fishing trip, from where he brought a catch of several perches and a couple of rather big carp. I cooked a good fish soup from perches. From carp, it was decided to cook such a meal as carp baked in the oven. Now I will share with you the culinary recipe of this second dish. We start by peeling the carrots and grating them on a coarse grater. Peel the onion and cut it into thin half rings. Now lightly fry the carrots and onions over low heat for a couple of minutes. After that, put the vegetables in a pre-greased fireproof baking dish. Now wash the fish, clean, remove the insides and rinse again. Now make incisions in the fish on both sides, smear with mayonnaise with spices, pepper. Make incisions. Put tomatoes cut into slices and finely chopped dill inside the fish. Now put the prepared fish on the vegetables. Rub the lemon zest on top, squeeze out the garlic, pour olive oil. Now put the baking dish in a preheated 200 degree oven for 30 minutes.
Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe. To make any baked dish successful, use useful information about the features of ovens !
It is better to prepare mayonnaise yourself. It will be tastier and healthier. See here interesting
recipes for homemade mayonnaise.
Also, as a dressing, you can use not only mayonnaise, but also sour cream or natural yogurt. They can be taken separately or mixed with mayonnaise in any proportion to your taste - this will reduce the calorie content of the dish.
If you use ready-made spice mixes, be sure to read the composition on the package. Often, salt is already present in such mixtures, take this into account, otherwise you risk over-salting the dish.
