Today we are cooking pork ribs in the oven. Although I'm not the biggest fan of pork, this rib recipe definitely deserves a place in your viewing history.
And although American cuisine does not attract my attention, this recipe for ribs still aroused my interest. First of all, I was interested in spices and the cooking process. This is not surprising, because we first boil the pork ribs in a special broth, then cover with marinade and send them in a ready-made state in the oven. This recipe, combining cooking in a saucepan and in the oven, allows you to make meat not only completely ready without unnecessary time and worries, but also to give a taste of spices that will be in the broth.
We could first fry the ribs instead of cooking, but this is a completely different philosophy, and in this case the marinade needs to be collected differently. Maybe we'll do it this way next time.
Classic American recipe in Russian!
Delicious grilled ribs with smoke are classics of American cuisine. They are languished for a long time, smoked, covered with a marinade of spices and glaze. It is difficult to resist such an appetizing and fragrant dish.
A great dish for a big company and a picnic! Bon appetit, dear friends! Always Yours, Old Sam.
