Cooking black pudding in the oven is very simple, and the result is delicious!
So let's get started.
We put the black pudding in a ring into a mold and bake it in a preheated oven at a temperature of 160 degrees. Every 10 minutes we add the temperature, bringing it up to 190 degrees.
During the baking process, we take out the sausage several times and lubricate it with melted fat, after which we send it back to the oven. Cooking will take about 30 minutes - during this time a crispy crust will appear on the sausage.
We cut the finished black pudding into rings and serve it on the table with your favorite side dish.
