Cooking method
Turn on the oven to warm up to 200 degrees.
My asparagus, cut off the hard tips.
At the bottom of the baking dish, spread asparagus in one layer, pour oil evenly. Salt and sprinkle with freshly ground pepper.
Bake for about 20 minutes, turning the asparagus several times, until lightly browned.
If the baking dish is suitable for serving, then we serve asparagus in it, sprinkled with wine vinegar and sprinkled with grated cheese. Or we transfer it to a serving dish.
