To prepare baked tuna fillet, according to this culinary recipe, we first boil the washed rice in salted water until ready. We wash the champignons, peel them from the films and chop them finely. Onions are peeled, washed and sliced, fried with onions in vegetable oil until golden brown. Boil the egg in a steep and chop finely, finely chop the parsley. Then mix rice, egg, mushrooms with onion and parsley. In a pre-oiled mold, we spread half of the tuna fillets, which we pre-cut into medium pieces. After that, add salt and pepper on top, and spread the rice mass on the fillet. Spread the remaining fillets on top. Again, salt and pepper on top. Pour sour cream on top. Then put in the oven preheated to 240-250 g for about 40 minutes. Maybe a little less. We look at the readiness of the fish, while the casserole forms a light golden hue, which means that the food is ready. Remove the casserole from the oven and serve with salad. Bon appetit!
