How to make a Barbie cake? With ready-made sponge cakes and step-by-step photos, it's easier than ever! Cakes can be bought or baked in advance (see the link to the recipes for sponge cakes in the description under the steps). If you take to bake a biscuit yourself, then keep in mind that the cakes should be high enough, so that 3 cakes are proportional to the height of the skirt of the doll. Let's start assembling the cake. Cut a suitable hole in the middle of the cakes to install the doll.

Don't forget that we will need a lot of sponge cake, so make appropriate adjustments to the recipe by increasing the number of ingredients.

To make the cake more tender and tastier, the cakes can be soaked with any berry syrup. I also advise you to increase the number of layers by cutting thick cakes into 2-3 thinner ones. The first time I did as in the photo, but then I realized that more frequent layers of cream and sponge cake impregnation will make the cake much tastier (the amount of cream due to the increase in layers may also increase).

You can choose a suitable butter cream here . Give preference to creams suitable for leveling the cake (or for mastic). It will be easier to work with them.

A similar cake can be made without mastic, assembling it according to the same principle, but decorate with thick cream from a pastry bag, making patterns and choosing the color to your taste.
