Cooking method
The dough is kneaded quickly, so we immediately turn on the oven to warm up. We set the temperature to 200 degrees.
We take a detachable round shape 24 cm in diameter. Lubricate it with sunflower oil or a piece of butter. The bottom and sides are sprinkled with breadcrumbs or semolina.
In a container, combine eggs with sugar. Beat with a mixer until the sugar is completely dissolved. If desired, you can add vanilla.
In the egg mixture, add the sifted flour, sour cream, soda. Mix the ingredients. The consistency of the dough resembles thick sour cream. It is not necessary to extinguish soda with vinegar. It will react with sour cream. Instead of soda, you can add baking powder.
Prepare the fruit. My. Dry with paper towels. Choose hard, sour apples. We peel them. We remove the middle with seeds. Cut into thin slices of small size.
Bananas should not be overripe. Choose fruits that are clean, without dark spots. We clean it. Cut into circles.
We spread the fruit in an even layer on the bottom of the mold. For a brighter flavor, sprinkle them with cinnamon. Pour the dough on top.
The number of fruits can be changed at your discretion. But keep in mind that bananas give moisture. If you take too many of them, the pastry will not bake, it will become "wet". Instead of apples, you can take hard pears, cherries.
We send the form to the oven for 40 minutes. We check the readiness of baking with a wooden skewer or toothpick. Pierce the pie in several places. If the skewer comes out dry, then it's ready. Remove the mold from the oven. The cooled pie is transferred to a dish. Decorate, generously sprinkling the top with powdered sugar or grated chocolate.
If you want, pour chocolate icing over the treat.
How delicious and fragrant the apple-banana pie turned out!
Making tea. We call our family. You can serve dessert with whipped cream. Have a nice tea party!
