Step 1:

Measure the ingredients and melt the butter (or margarine).
Step 2:

Crumble the yeast into warm milk and mix. Add the sugar and stir until it is completely dissolved.
Step 3:

Leave the milk with yeast for 10-20 minutes for the yeast to start working.
Step 4:

Add butter to the milk.
Step 5:

Mix the liquid ingredients well.
Step 6:

Add eggs to the saucepan.
Step 7:

Also mix well.
Step 8:

Start kneading, sifting the flour to the liquid in portions.
Step 9:

Knead the soft dough.
Step 10:

Wrap the dough with a film and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours. You can knead in the morning and bake in the evening.
Step 11:

Divide the dough in half and roll out into circles.
Step 12:

Cut each circle into triangle sectors.
Step 13:

Put the filling (or jam, or chocolate with nuts) and twist the bagels. Transfer them to the prepared baking sheet.
Step 14:

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes. It depends on the size of the bagels and on the oven. When the bagels cool down, sprinkle them with powder.
