Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients. It is better that they are at room temperature.
Step 2:
Warm up the milk and pour it into a small container.
Step 3:
Add sugar and yeast. Mix well so that the sugar dissolves and the yeast disperses. If the yeast does not disperse for a long time while stirring, leave them for a minute, and then stir.
Step 4:
Cover with a towel or film and put in the heat for 10-15 minutes.
Step 5:
Pour kefir into the dough mixing bowl.
Step 6:
Add sunflower oil and mix.
Step 7:
Add the eggs and mix.
Step 8:
Add the risen sourdough.
Step 9:
Add salt.
Step 10:
Gradually add flour and start kneading.
Step 11:
Knead first with a spoon, and then with your hands.
Step 12:
The dough turns out soft, do not interrupt it with flour.
Step 13:
Put the dough in a bowl, cover with cling film and a towel. You can put a bowl in a bag. Leave in the heat to rise for 30-40 minutes, or until it rises well, twice.
Step 14:
The dough has risen, you can make pies.
Step 15:
To prepare the filling, boil the eggs, cool, peel and cut them into cubes. Wash and chop the onion. Mix the onion with the egg and add a little salt. To such a filling, you can add rice and a little sour cream or mayonnaise - so it will be easier to make pies, and the filling will be juicier.
Step 16:
Form medium-sized tortillas from the dough, put a spoonful of filling on each tortilla.
Step 17:
Form the pies.
Step 18:
Lay the seam up on a baking sheet covered with parchment or silicone mat. Cover and let it come up for 15-20 minutes.
Step 19:
Grease the pies with egg and bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. It depends on the oven and the thickness of the dough.
