Cooking method
1. Peel and slice the potatoes into 5 mm thick slices. Peel and cut the onion into rings 1 mm thick.
2. For the dough, mix all the liquid components, add flour, baking powder and knead. The pie is aspic, so the dough is like pancakes.
3. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease the cake pan with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
4. Put the potatoes on the bottom and at the sides of the mold, then the minced meat (it needs salt and pepper to taste), onion and dough in an even layer.
5. Bake for about 50 minutes.
