Cooking method
1. Mix dry semolina with sour cream and leave for one hour.
2. After an hour, continue cooking the mannikin. Add the softened butter to the semolina mixed with sour cream and mix the semolina well.
3. Cover the baking dish with parchment paper and grease with oil.
4. Combine eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and beat with a mixer, as for a biscuit, so that the mass becomes lush and tripled.
5. Pour flour and soda into the fluffy egg mass, mix.
6. Combine egg mass with semolina mass, add nuts and mix well.
7. Put the dough for the mannikin in a form lined with parchment, place it in a preheated 180 degree oven for 50 minutes.
8. Carefully remove the baked hot mannikin from the mold along with the parchment, transfer it to the grill and let it cool.
9. Sprinkle the finished mannikin with powdered sugar and serve with tea, cut into slices.
