Step 1:

Step 5:
To prepare the filling, grate two types of cheese on a coarse grater. Add chopped greens to the cheese. Add salt to taste and mix everything together.
Step 6:
Roll out the dough that has come up into a circle and lay out the filling, not reaching the edges. I have quite a lot of fillings. It tastes better for us.
Step 7:
Gather the edges of the dough in the center and pinch well.
Step 8:
Turn the tortilla seam down and roll out a little with a rolling pin into a circle, about 30-35 cm in diameter. In the center of the cake, make a small hole for steam to escape. Place the tortilla in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for about 30 minutes. When baking, be guided by your oven.
Step 9:
The pie will turn an appetizing golden color. Remove it from the oven and immediately grease it hot with butter. You can help yourself right away. Bon appetit!
