Cooking method
1. Break the chicken eggs into a bowl. Here we pour sugar. Whisk until the mass turns white and increases in volume.
2. And now pour kefir into this mass, add baking soda and jam. Mix it up. If the jam is not of a homogeneous consistency, it must be pre-crushed with a blender.
3. We wait for some time until the mass stops foaming. Then pour the pre-sifted flour into it. Mix until smooth, the dough resembles thick sour cream.
4. Put all dried fruits: prunes, dried apricots, raisins in a bowl, pour boiling water. Leave for 10 minutes. Then drain the water, dry the dried fruits on a paper towel. Chop dried apricots and prunes finely.
5. Spread the dried fruits into the dough, mix. Lubricate the baking container with butter, pour one third of the dough into it. We send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees.
6. Bake the cake for 20 minutes. Thus, we bake two more cakes. Cool on the grill. Trim the cakes by cutting off their caps. These same caps are crushed into crumbs.
7. Put sour cream in a bowl, pour sugar. Gently whisk at low speeds of the mixer. Sour cream should be used greasy.
8. We smear the cakes with cream. The surface of the cake is also smeared. We combine the crumb with the remaining cream, form a kind of stump.
9. Chocolate is melted in a water bath or in a microwave oven. Let it cool down a little, then coat the sides of the stump. Using a skewer, we make decorative reliefs.
10. On the surface, we also make a kind of slice with the help of this very melted chocolate. At the bottom, you can sprinkle a little crumbs, as if styling the cake under the stump.
11. We send the treat to the refrigerator for a couple of hours. 2-3 hours will be enough, no more.
Have a nice tasting! Enjoy with pleasure!
