8. Time has passed - we take out the dough, spread it on the work surface, which needs to be sprinkled with flour. We form buns - twelve balls.
9. We spread the future buns on a baking sheet covered with parchment, leave for 15 minutes.
10. Beat the egg yolk with 20 ml of water, lubricate the surface of the buns, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
