Step 6:
Assemble the cake. Brush each sponge cake with cream and sprinkle with roasted nuts.

Cover the finished cake with the remnants of butter cream with condensed milk in a thin layer. Then put it in the refrigerator so that the cake is soaked and the cream freezes. Separately melt the chocolate with cream and cool to room temperature. This can be done in a water bath or in a microwave. Take any chocolate, both milk and dark will do, choose according to taste. If the mass is thick, then pour a little more cream.
Step 10:
